It is important to protect all skin from the sun’s rays, but it Is especially important to protect skin that is scarred or damaged from sun exposure. Using sunscreen on scars is important because the sun’s rays can discolour scar tissue. We recommend using a separate sunscreen, providing you follow the directions listed on the package for sunscreen.
